She offers Sound Baths with the Tibetan Singing Bowls as these are her passion. Her first singing bowl chose her when she was travelling in Nepal in 2002 and her singing bowls have been connected  with a ritual so all of the sounds are in tune with each other and to her.

Maku will combine all these skills on her yoga retreats.

Morning yoga will be more energetic, whilst the afternoon classes will be relaxing and healing

Feedback

Hi,thankyou for our lovely yoga holiday in Kerala Dec 15 – 28th.  Super place and super friendly staff.  I thought by way of a review I just wanted to highlight how fantastic Maku, the yoga teacher was.  She really did make it a yoga experience.  Ive done yoga for a number of years and have to say that Maku’s classes were very well thought out and paced, both the morning Hatha and the evening restorative sessions.  The day started with Hatha that challenged just to the right degree and she also inspired us by introducing elements of mindfulness.  Really grateful to have met her.

Kind Regards, Mette
