Yoga with Maku
Maku qualified as a yoga teacher in 2015. She is constantly updating her skills both in India and the UK..
Highly qualified she has 200 hours training with Deep Kumar and 300 hours training in multi style yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Vijay Amar, 50 hours Iyengar yoga with the nephew of Swami Laskmanjoo in India. She also holds 50 hours Yin Yoga training with Sarah Lo and 50 hours Advanced Practices with Norman Blair since 2021.
She is a Conscious Connected Breath worker and has studied with the Alchemy of Breath and The Four Winds Society, her teachers are Anthony Abbagiano and Alberto Villoldo
Maku has also studied Sound Healing Massage with the Tibetan Singing Bowls in 2016 with the Shiva Ghiri’s school in India and holds a Sound Healing Certificate with the Sound Healing Academy.
She offers Sound Baths with the Tibetan Singing Bowls as these are her passion. Her first singing bowl chose her when she was travelling in Nepal in 2002 and her singing bowls have been connected with a ritual so all of the sounds are in tune with each other and to her.
Maku will combine all these skills on her yoga retreats.
